Tie Breaker

- If only 2 teams are tied for the top 2 spots, after opening round, no tie breaker is needed as those 2 will face off in the Championship Round.

- If one team has the lowest score after Opening Round, they advance to the Championship Round.

- If 2 or more teams are tied for second, or more than 2 teams are tied for first, tie breaker will be conducted as a 1 kick putt-off as follows:

a. Each team in contention will designate a player as the first kicker & second kicker.

b. Starting point and target hole location to be defined by event official.

c. Order of putt-off determined by coin toss or name drawing.

d. Each teams first kicker takes one kick, each team gets a chance to kick.

e. If no one makes it "in" the hole or target, process is repeated with second kicker.

f. Process repeats until top 2 teams are defined.

g. Event official may change starting and/or target location if tie-breaker continues past 2 rounds.

Scoring

Stroke: Using best ball scramble, the amount of kicks to get from the tee to hole.

Match: The team that sinks each hole with the fewest strokes wins the hole.  Each hole is either won, lost, or tied by each team. Strokes are reset for each hole.  The team who wins the most holes, wins the match. An example of a  9-hole match score is: 4-2, where team A won 4 holes, team B won 2 holes, and 3 holes were tied.

Ball & Cleat Policy

Ball: Provided league ball for uniformity as with other professional leagues.

Cleat: Any soccer or tennis shoe by a major manufacturer is allowed with the exception of outdoor cleats as mandated by the golf courses. Ideal boot is a turf shoe with small nubs.
